Millions of eligible households in California have not signed up for affordable, low-cost home Internet offers

Ensuring broadband access for these individuals and families helps boost their access to vital resources in healthcare, education, employment and civic engagement. To help spread the word, California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) developed special resource for organizations working with these households. Designed for nonprofit organizations, educational institutions and other local partners, the CETF Low-Cost Offers Tool Kit provides outreach and education assets that are both customizable and easy to use.

Colorful postcards provide essential information to help consumers determine eligibility and apply for low-cost Internet offers. A QR code allows for easy online access. (Available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese).
